The registry entry may delete itself once you delete the REAPER folder from App Data and Restart, unsure. Open the Registry, if you are so bold (run: regedt32) HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\reaper.exe. If this doesn't work, then Reaper is finding some problem with the plugin and refuses to let you find and open it. Open that file in a text editor and make sure all references to UREQ are deleted. There is one registry entry, but it is harmless. Then in that folder you will find reaper-vstplugins.ini (or reaper-vstpluginsarm64.ini if you are on a new M1 mac). Just out of curiosity, has anybody tried uninstalling Reaper from the uninstall exe file located in the Reaper folder (Program files->Reaper, also in the Programs menu under Reaper)? I wonder if this provides a complete removal of all traces.
